The ASUS Zenfone 5Z Is Just Another Shameless iPhone X Clone With Louder Speakers
Since the release of the iPhone X, we've seen a growing number of phone manufacturers release new devices that either slightly resemble Apple's flagship or have a similar notch in the display. Well, today, Asus announced its new line of ZenFone 5 smartphones at MWC and they are basically clones of the latest iPhone X. The smartphone offers AI-enabled features an "all-screen" 18:9 display that deliver a 90% screen-to-body ratio, and dual camera systems. The display also supports the DCI-P3 colour gamut and comes with Asus' Blue-light eye care filter, seen on previous handsets. It even has ZeniMoji, the company's own take on Apple's Animoji. Asus has designed the ZenFone to have a near edge-to-edge display. © ASUS The dual-SIM ASUS ZenFone 5Z runs Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box, with the company's new ZenUI 5.0 skin atop.
