However, there are a few people who go out of their way to help save someone's life. Arif Khan is one such man who chose humanity over religion and broke his Ramzan fast to save a Hindu's life. Arif came across a request for urgent blood donation on social media and WhatsApp, for 20-year-old Ajay Bijlawan. Ajay was hospitalized in Dehradun's Max Hospital and was in a serious condition, where his blood platelets were rapidly falling. Twitter Reportedly, Ajay urgently needed A+ blood and the doctors told his father that if the donor isn't found, his life will be in danger. After certain failed efforts, Ajay's father started asking for help from his family and friends. After Arif came across the heartfelt post on WhatsApp, he immediately contacted the family members and became Ajay's silver lining in the dark clouds. When Arif Khan who the President of National Association for Parents and Students Rights (NAPSR), reached the hospital, he was asked to first eat something and then donate blood. This meant that he will have to break his Ramzan fast before the Iftar time. In order to save Ajay's life, Arif agreed to break his fast and made the blood donation. Twitter “If somebody's life could be saved by breaking my roza (fast), then I will put humanity first, rozas (fasts) can be kept later, and human life is precious.” These were the words of Arif Khan, after he donated his blood and helped save Ajay's life. He further said, “Helping the needy is essential teachings of Ramzan, I believe if we keep fast and do not help the needy then Allah won't be happy, it is my honour that I could help someone.” Twitter In an age, when people are lynched or attacked in the name of religion, people like Arif prove that one's religion can never be greater or bigger than a person's life. 'Deadpool 2' May Have Just Leaked The Plot Of 'Avengers 4' & We Don't Know What To Say

'Avengers: Infinity War' is the highest earning Marvel movie till date and 'Avengers 4' is most probably going to break this record when it releases on 3rd May 2019. But, for people who can't wait for almost a year to find out how all (or should I say remaining) of their favourite superheroes come together and defeat Thanos, 'Deadpool 2' offers some respite. It goes without saying that there are going to be spoilers for both the movies below. So if you haven't watched either, head to the cinema then come back and read on. © Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures Now, let me ask you a question. What's the plot of 'Deadpool 2?' Deadpool avenging his dead girlfriend? That's a subplot at best. The plot of the movie revolves around Cable traveling back in time, to the present day, so he can kill Russell Collins before he turns evil. Pretty straightforward. Just how a comic book movie should be. But, without knowing it, the movie may just have ended up giving the biggest spoiler for 'Avengers 4' yet. What is it? Read on to find out. © 20th Century Fox Remember the scene when Cable is standing over the burnt bodies of his wife and child? He picks up his daughter's teddy bear then turns his time-travel watch a few times before vanishing into thin air. Next thing we know, he's in a field somewhere in the present day. © Twitter The next time we see Cable use the watch is at the end of the movie when, instead of going forward in time so he can be with his family, he goes back once more to save Deadpool. Quite the sacrifice wouldn't you say? © Twitter If you haven't guessed as yet, the focus here is on the time traveling watch that Cable (and later Deadpool) was wearing. It is an integral part of 'Deadpool 2.' But, little did we know that it was going to be an integral part of 'Avengers 4.' Don't believe me? First, Captain America is wearing what looks like his suit from the first Avengers movie. Second, notice what's on his left hand. It looks like a timepiece. Iron Man and Ant-Man have been spotted wearing the same timepiece too. © Twitter Now, compare these timepieces with the one Cable was using in 'Deadpool 2.' © Twitter Putting two and two together, we are pretty sure that the remaining Avengers are going to go back in time in 'Avengers 4' in order to save the day. This is the theory with the most meat, and as much as we would like to believe the Russo brothers are fooling us by letting out such an obvious spoiler, the chances of it being nothing more than a lead on, are slim. Hold your horses. We're not done yet. Before you head to the comments to vent your frustration on how much I "don't know about the Marvel Cinematic Universe" and what a "shitty writer" I am, let me tell you that this is my opinion and you have every right to disagree. For those of you who believe this theory to be true, here are a couple of ways things could go in 'Avengers 4' based on what we know and the photos that have been released from the sets. © Twitter Theory 1 This is the more obvious one, given what we've just read. The superheroes, who survived Thanos' dreaded finger snap, go back in time using the time traveling watches to defeat Thanos before he becomes all powerful. The only problem with this theory is that, if it turns out to be true, it takes out the very essence of 'Avengers: Infinity War.' That movie would end up being nothing but a filler. It would be the longest con ever pulled by a production house on the audience. Before you start complaining about how I'm stupid to say this, because every movie has consequences and if everyone is saved in 'Avengers 4', it doesn't mean 'Avengers 3' was pointless, hear me out. I am not saying that 'Avengers: Infinity War' would be a waste of time if 'Avengers 4' fixed everything. What I mean to say is, if 'Avengers 4' undoes everything that happened in 'Avengers: Infinity War' it will be like a master reset on everything we've seen since 'Avengers', and that wouldn't be fair to the movie-going audience. You only reset a timeline when everyone complains about the original movies (ala X-Men). But, when everyone loves every single movie you've made, you can't take yourself out of a jam by resetting the entire timeline. This is not the kind of ending that would give us satisfaction. So no, I'm not saying it's not been done in the past, I'm saying I expect more from Marvel. © Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures Theory 2 This brings us to theory number two. Here, all the scenes we're seeing from the Battle of New York are nothing more than BARF (Binarily Augmented Retro-Framing) enabled recreations that the remaining Avengers are using, to figure out where they went wrong and how they can defeat Thanos. If you don't remember what BARF is, we recommend watching 'Captain America: Civil War' again. The movie may not have time travel in it, but it will feature a time jump. It will take us years into the future, so that we can see the effect of Thanos' finger snap over time. Was it actually as good for the universe as he claimed it would be? Did the remaining people actually benefit from this move? It's quite a serious direction to take a comic book movie in, but hey, most of the MCU audience are adults by now, right? We can handle it. Also, with the remaining superheroes not racing against the clock to defeat Thanos, it might open up the possibility of some character development. There's always room for that isn't there? On a closing note, if rumours are to be believed and 'Avengers 4' really is the last time we're going to see Chris Evans or Robert Downey Jr., we'd like for them to have as much screen time as possible. The movie's set has a grand clock tower, a full-fledged city with snow and even lakes! Only he can do this. 2. 'Ram Leela'- Another Bhansali entry in the list. The grandeur of the set had a key role in the whole development of the plot. He brought the flavour of Gujarat alive, without even shooting in the state, that is the brilliance of his brain. The insanely big courtyard of their 'havelis', the colourful lanes, and the opulent background of every song. This movie had it all. 3. 'Bajirao Mastani'- Another beautiful movie from Bhansali. A special mention has to go to the scene where Priyanka Chopra's room and the main darbar is revealed with the innumerable mirrors. It was called the 'Aena Mahal' which was inspired by the set of 'Mughal-E-Azam'. Over 20,000 mirrors were used and it took around 45 days to build it. 4. 'Padmaavat'- Okay, we cannot help but add this one as well to the list. The movie, which swam in an ocean of controversies, finally saw the light of the day amidst major boiling issues. While the actors were obviously praised for their acting skills, let's give a moment to simply endure the grandeur of the movie set. Not to forget, that the set which cost over 35 crores, was even vandalised. 5. 'Mughal-E-Azam'- This movie set a benchmark back in 1960 which is too high for movies even today. An insanely brilliant star cast, wonderful script and a never-before-seen movie set. 'Pyar Kiya Toh Darna Kya' was shot in a replica of the 'Sheesh Mahal' and Belgian glass was specially imported for the same. 6. 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo'- The movie was surely a commercial success, but you can always trust Rajshri Productions to perfect the art of making a movie set. The movie crossed a budget of over Rs. 90 crores and the set, apparently, cost over 15 crores alone. 7. 'Jodha Akbar'- This period drama easily had one of the finest cinematography in Bollywood. The luxe sets were built in Karjat and are now opened for tourists now. 8. 'Bombay Velvet' – Sure, this was a box office dud, but it was also Anurag Kashyap's most expensive project. Apparently, the set was made across a 9.5 acre land in Colombo and took close to a year to build a Bombay which looked straight out of 1960's. 9. Baahubali- This magnum opus has broken records all across the globe and enjoys a stellar fan following. The insane set at Ramoji city is flocked by tourists all year long with an entry ticket for around 1250 bucks. Worth it I guess! One can feel poor just by looking at them!

Manmeet is a post-graduate from Jinnah College for Women in Peshawar. The social sciences graduate-turned journalist reveals that the literacy rate among Pakistani Sikhs is very low and being a reporter, she will now be able to inspire a lot of women in the society to educate themselves and be independent. “Everyone should know that women are equally talented as men and my present status will encourage several other community women,” she said. 'Call of Duty: Black Ops 4' Battle Royale Mode Is Basically 'Fortnite' & 'PUBG' on Drugs

Seems like every game developer is jumping on to the 'Battle Royale' hype train and the 'Call of Duty' franchise is no exception to the rule. Activision unveiled the new iteration of 'Call of Duty: Black Ops 4', where the developers have essentially removed a campaign mode and replaced it with a Battle Royale mode. © Activision The gaming company has not detailed much about the new mode, so we don't know as of now whether it will supper 100 players like Fornite and PUBG, or how the actual gameplay looks like. The new mode is called “Blackout” and 'Call of Duty' boss Robert Kostich told Gamespot that the studio wanted to pursue this new mode to give fans a new way to experience the franchise. "Blackout just emerged as something that was passionately what the development team wanted to do and bring a new kind of experience to Call of Duty fans," he said. "And I think it's one that Black Ops is uniquely positioned to do with the rich history of Black Ops.” We all know 'Call of Duty' is a fast-paced first-person shooter that incorporates crazy skill streaks and weapons that has made the game very addictive for fans. It will be a little different from 'Fortnite' and 'PUBG' as the developer Treyarch says it wanted to create a battle royale mode "the Black Ops way.” © PUBG The map in 'Blackout' is probably the biggest the developer has ever created and some of its locations are taken directly from previous games. OnePlus believes in offering products that have an extremely good build quality and top-of-the-line components for an unbeatable price. It's a device made taking inputs from fans and what the industry has to offer as a whole. OP6 already has features that put in the league with the top dogs. It has fast charging, a full view OLED display, a dual camera setup and now water resistance. We revealed that the OnePlus 6 has a very durable design and is probably worth more than what you're paying for. It has a glass sandwich design, which is mostly found on more expensive devices like the iPhone X, Galaxy S9, Galaxy Note 8, iPhone 8 and the likes. In terms of design quality, OnePlus was able to deliver the same standard as flagship phones for a considerably lower price. © OnePlus Having said that, Apple and Samsung implemented a glass sandwich design for one particular reason. All of the above-mentioned devices support wireless charging, which could have only been possible with the all-glass design — not to mention it looks sexy too. Wireless charging has more to do with convenience than functionality, and we think everyone knows that today. Xiaomi's New Smartphone Has A Feature That Apple Could Not Accomplish For The iPhone X

It was long speculated before the launch of the iPhone X, that Apple would get rid of Touch ID and replace it with a fingerprint sensor that would be embedded underneath the display. That was later proven wrong when Apple unveiled the Face ID as the replacement and since then the rumours were long forgotten. © YouTube Face ID may not be the most accurate facial recognition unlocking system, but it's still the best as it works in almost every situation. In fact, we've gotten too used to it that we generally don't like to use the fingerprint sensor on other devices we test. Having said that, many users still loved and prefer using Touch ID and of course, Chinese companies sought to beat Apple to implement this feature. We already know there are a few devices out there that already have this technology working on their smartphones, and a new video surfaced online to showcase the inner workings of the feature. The video was shared on the Chinese social media website Weibo and it shows the Xiaomi Mi 8 working an in-display fingerprint sensor. It works very similar to Vivo's X20 and you can watch the video below to draw your own conclusions: What's surprising to see in the video is that the in-display fingerprint sensor is working extremely fast, especially when compared to the devices we've seen with the same feature. The device literally unlocked in less than second, which is quite impressive for a brand new technology. Bro-Splits: Stop Wasting Time Doing One Body Part A Day Training

It is going to be a little hard to believe when I say this, but the truth is that 90-95% of the gym going population trains incorrectly. Just about everyone goes to the gym on Monday and you know what day it is - international chest day. Tuesday can be back day. Wednesday shoulders and by the time we get to Saturday, you are too tired to go to the gym, so you skip and head out for a movie or a nice dinner out with friends and family, because training legs is something you are really not interested in. This way, each muscle has its own designated day and if you miss that day, you skip the body part for the week altogether. The Mighty Stupid Bro-Split Training © Togerfitness This way of training can work for you if you are a beginner, because quite frankly, anything and everything works for you when you are a beginner. Now, you would be thinking how is that possible? Your favourite 'Instagram Fitness model' keeps getting results by training this way for years on end. You are forgetting a certain "advantage" that your dear Instagrammer would be very reluctant to share with you. He's on drugs! But after you move up a ladder and become an intermediate-ish, this way of training is what is hampering your growth. Below listed are reasons why bro-splits are not a good way to train in the long run. 1) Training Frequency While it is true that bro-splits do provide you the opportunity to blitz one muscle group, don't forget that you won't hit the same muscle group until the next week. Your muscles recover much faster (48-72 hours) than a week and waiting for the whole week for hitting the same muscle group is suboptimal. The better way to train, is to increase the frequency to 2-3 session a body part per week, because studies have confirmed that higher training frequency induced greater mass gains. 2) Perfect Form Technique or proper form is paramount to increase strength and muscle mass without getting injured. This is sadly often neglected. Just take a look around at the piss-poor technique most scrawny lifters display and compare it to how fluidly the biggest lifters execute their movements. In order to get better at anything in life, you need to practice till you get better. Lifting weights with correct form is just like any other acquired skill that only gets better if you practice it. On the other hand, if you increase the frequency of muscle groups worked per week, you practice more and you get better at lifting the correct way. 3) Impractical Let's get this straight- you probably have a job, family, kids and a lot of other, more important things in your life to consider before your workouts. You don't inject steroids that facilitate hour-long workouts. You are not a professional bodybuilder, don't even intend to be one and never will be. Then why the hell do you keep training like one? Realistically, most people do not have the time or energy to spend hours on end at the gym. That's what pro-bodybuilders do. But just because you cannot dedicate all your life's time and resources towards your workout, does not mean that you cannot make progress and get bigger and stronger. Try This © Youtube In my opinion, the better way to train is to do a push/pull/legs, upper lower or full body workout routine according to your preference. These workouts help you pack on more muscle mass whilst doing less work, as mentioned above. These workouts are much more enjoyable as well as instead of dreading the approaching the workouts. Setting Up Fitness Goals: When To Start Losing Weight And When To Gain Muscle

So you are looking to get in shape and you are confused whether you should gain or lose weight? Worry not, we got you covered. Here I'll break down who needs to do what and what should dictate your goal setting. Everybody has different goals, just like they have different bodies. If you are fat, skinny or skinny fat, here's what you need to do, to define your goals. What Should Be Your Fitness Goals © YouTube Before starting your fitness journey, the first and the foremost thing that you should do is an assessment of your fitness levels. This is most the most important and the most ignored factor. The second one is how do you look. Do you look fat or do you look skinny or even skinny fat for that matter? If you start working out without any idea about the above two, chances of failure are more. Only when you know how you look and what is your pre-existing fitness level is will you know how to eat and workout. So, first things first, assess whether you need to lose body fat or gain muscle and for that, you'll have to know what body fat percentage you are at currently. There are many body fat calculators over the internet which can help you with it. Ranges to bulk or cut Now, if you look at the chart above you will find the bodyfat % values of what is considered to be lean, average and overweight, if you come under the category of very lean to lean, you should definitely go for gaining weight i.e increasing your muscle mass. If you are above that number you should go for losing fat before trying to build muscle. If you are on a heavier side and you try to gain muscle from the beginning, you'll end up gaining more fat than muscle, as the body fat percent between 8-16 is shown in several studies to be ideal for gaining muscle while putting on minimal fat, not above that. As we established above in the chart, if you body fat levels are above 15 % then you should be looking to lose body fat before putting on muscle mass and if you are under that number you can start gaining. Now that you know whether you should lose fat or gain muscle let's look and how much progress you should be making on a weekly basis according to your fitness levels. Let's start with losing fat first: Rate Of Weight Loss As you can see from the chart above, higher you body fat percentage is, the more aggressive your approach towards weight can be due to an abundance of fat available to the body to lose which decreases the risk of losing muscle mass along with fat. As you become leaner the Rate of fat loss slowly down to the point where if you are 15% or under, you should not be looking at losing more than 0.25 to 0.5 % per week or even less in some cases. These recommendations are good starting places to set up the diet, but from there you will have to adjust according to the progress you make and how sustainable the deficit is for you to maintain. Rate of weight again The rate at which your body gains muscle is very different to that of when you try to lose weight. Building muscle mass is a much more intricate process, the rate of which depends on your training as well as your diet unlike fat loss. سیرت النبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم.. قسط 1 آج سے سیرت النبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا مبارک سلسلہ شروع کیا جا رھا ھے لیکن آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی سیرت پاک کے تذکرہ سے پہلے بہت ضروری ھے کہ آپ کو سرزمین عرب اور عرب قوم اور اس دور کے عمومی حالات سے روشناس کرایا جاۓ تاکہ آپ زیادہ بہتر طریقے سے سمجھ سکیں کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی پیدائش کے وقت عرب اور دنیا کے حالات کیسے تھے.. ملک عرب ایک جزیرہ نما ھے جس کے جنوب میں بحیرہ عرب , مشرق میں خلیج فارس و بحیرہ عمان , مغرب میں بحیرہ قلزم ھے.. تین اطراف سے پانی میں گھرے اس ملک کے شمال میں شام کا ملک واقع ھے.. مجموعی طور پر اس ملک کا اکثر حصہ ریگستانوں اور غیر آباد بے آب و گیاہ وادیوں پر مشتمل ھے جبکہ چند علاقے اپنی سرسبزی اور شادابی کے لیے بھی مشھور ھیں.. طبعی لحاظ سے اس ملک کے پانچ حصے ھیں.. یمن : یمن جزیرہ عرب کا سب سے زرخیز علاقہ رھا ھے جس کو پرامن ھونے کی وجہ سے یہ نام دیا گیا.. آب و ھوا معتدل ھے اور اسکے پہاڑوں کے درمیان وسیع و شاداب وادیاں ھیں جہاں پھل و سبزیاں بکثرت پیدا ھوتے ھیں.. قوم "سبا" کا مسکن عرب کا یہی علاقہ تھا جس نے آبپاشی کے لیے بہت سے بند (ڈیم) بناۓ جن میں "مارب" نام کا مشھور بند بھی تھا.. اس قوم کی نافرمانی کی وجہ سے جب ان پر عذاب آیا تو یہی بند ٹوٹ گیا تھا اور ایک عظیم سیلاب آیا جس کی وجہ سے قوم سبا عرب کے طول و عرض میں منتشر ھوگئی.. حجاز : یمن کے شمال میں حجاز کا علاقہ واقغ ھے.. حجاز ملک عرب کا وہ حصہ ھے جسے اللہ نے نور ھدائت کی شمع فروزاں کرنے کے لیے منتخب کیا.. اس خطہ کا مرکزی شھر مکہ مکرمہ ھے جو بے آب و گیاہ وادیوں اور پہاڑوں پر مشتمل ایک ریگستانی علاقہ ھے.. حجاز کا دوسرا اھم شھر یثرب ھے جو بعد میں مدینۃ النبی کہلایا جبکہ مکہ کے مشرق میں طائف کا شھر ھے جو اپنے سرسبز اور لہلہاتے کھیتوں اور سایہ دار نخلستانوں اور مختلف پھلوں کی کثرت کی وجہ عرب کے ریگستان میں جنت ارضی کی مثل ھے.. حجاز میں بدر , احد , بیر معونہ , حدیبیہ اور خیبر کی وادیاں بھی قابل ذکر ھیں.. نجد : ملک عرب کا ایک اھم حصہ نجد ھے جو حجاز کے مشرق میں ھے اور جہاں آج کل سعودی عرب کا دارالحکومت "الریاض" واقع ھے.. حضرموت : یہ یمن کے مشرق میں ساحلی علاقہ ھے.. بظاھر ویران علاقہ ھے.. پرانے زمانے میں یہاں "ظفار" اور "شیبان" نامی دو شھر تھے.. مشرقی ساحلی علاقے (عرب امارات) : ان میں عمان ' الاحساء اور بحرین کے علاقے شامل ھیں.. یہاں سے پرانے زمانے میں سمندر سے موتی نکالے جاتے تھے جبکہ آج کل یہ علاقہ تیل کی دولت سے مالا مال ھے.. وادی سیناء : حجاز کے شمال مشرق میں خلیج سویز اور خلیج ایلہ کے درمیان وادی سیناء کا علاقہ ھے جہاں قوم موسی' علیہ السلام چالیس سال تک صحرانوردی کرتی رھی.. طور سیناء بھی یہیں واقع ھے جہاں حضرت موسی' علیہ السلام کو تورات کی تختیاں دی گئیں.. نوٹ : ایک بات ذھن میں رکھیں کہ اصل ملک عرب میں آج کے سعودی عرب , یمن , بحرین , عمان کا علاقہ شامل تھا جبکہ شام , عراق اور مصر جیسے ممالک بعد میں فتح ھوۓ اور عربوں کی ایک کثیر تعداد وھاں نقل مکانی کرکے آباد ھوئی اور نتیجتہ" یہ ملک بھی عربی رنگ میں ڈھل گئے لیکن اصل عرب علاقہ وھی ھے جو موجودہ سعودیہ , بحرین , عمان اور یمن کے علاقہ پر مشتمل ھے اور اس جزیرہ نما کی شکل نقشہ میں واضح طور دیکھی جاسکتی ھے.. عرب کو "عرب" کا نام کیوں دیا گیا اس کے متعلق دو آراء ھیں.. ایک راۓ کے مطابق عرب کے لفظی معنی "فصاحت اور زبان آوری" کے ھیں.. عربی لوگ فصاحت و بلاغت کے اعتبار سے دیگر اقوام کو اپنا ھم پایہ اور ھم پلہ نہیں سمجھتے تھے اس لیے اپنے آپ کو عرب (فصیح البیان) اور باقی دنیا کو عجم (گونگا) کہتے تھے.. دوسری راۓ کے مطابق لفظ عرب "عربہ" سے نکلا ھے جس کے معنی صحرا اور ریگستان کے ھیں.. چونکہ اس ملک کا بیشتر حصہ دشت و صحرا پر مشتمل ھے اس لیے سارے ملک کو عرب کہا جانے لگا.. -->جاری ھے.
