Here Is Why Even Truly Ambitious People Rarely Taste Success
Even though many of us have aims, we usually don't share them with the world. Sometimes these dreams and ambitions never come true. Why? The reason could be a number of causes but generally, it is due to the reason that we fear we might fail. We fear commitment towards our goal, we fear our potential, we fear peer pressure and so on. But, most of the time that fear is intrinsic and not extrinsic. i.e if it is intrinsic we can control it and if it is extrinsic like being stuck on a deserted island then maybe we can't. Here is a quote from well-known Winston Churchill on fear, courage, success. © ITV "Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts," said Winston S. Churchill, former British Prime minister So what counts here is the process and not the product, because when you are at it, you can only control the present and that is the process. You don't have control over the outcome or the final result. Here is the crux of the story. All you need to succeed in life is a commitment towards your goal. Whatever gets in your way in life, you must chase what you really care about. That is one deciding difference between ambitious dreamers and ones who actually succeed. Here are the two steps that can help narrow your vision towards your goal. 1. Try new things and discover your niche ©izquotes.com It could be anything, like being physically fit so you become a fitness coach and more. You could be good in mathematics and look at being a scientist. You could be good in writing, someday you may get a chance to write a script for a movie. The opportunities are endless, only if you try. So try and find what you love doing and by that, I mean something that comes effortlessly to you and also gives you satisfaction and monetary benefits. The point I am trying to make here is to first go on an exploration mission to find your niche and when you find it, focus all your attention towards achieving it. Do not get into multiple business or fields at a time because if you do, you will come out with an average result or worse, may even fail. Listen to your gut feeling and be true to yourself. So, finding your niche is your aim and the ladder of success will start building. Ultimately you will become a master of that subject. 2. Be committed to your niche ©Everyday Power Blog The next and most important thing is being committed to your goal. No matter what the situation may be but if you are breathing then every single cell in your body must be committed to that goal. Other than that, everything else is either an excuse or an extrinsic factor you do not have control upon. You fail, you get up. You fail again, you get up again. And you will do that automatically if you have rightfully earned your true niche. You won't need any motivational pill to get up hundred more times but the inspiration will sprout from within each time you strike the unbreakable wall. It may not break instantly but then eventually it will fall down and you will move on towards your next goal. This is a two-step procedure and is as simple as it could be when you first taste success and as complex as it could be if you never do. The choice is always yours to make. Be the hero of your own life.
