Middle Class Twitter Can't Handle The Budget & We Can't Help But Relate To These Memes

It's that time of the year again! The nation waited with bated breath as the Union Budget unfolded today. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley began by saying that the budget is going to focus more on the agricultural and rural economy and will bring in major changes. While we won't get into the details, because honestly, it'll take forever to discuss the new reforms and policies. But for what it's worth, PM Modi's says that the new Budget is "farmer friendly, common citizen friendly, business environment-friendly and development friendly." Basically, he means it's the best budget we could have got, given our country's current condition. But instead of long-ass rants, Twitter is dealing with the sadness in the modern way: with Taimur and middle-class memes. 1.
