The Weird Findings Of Angry YouTube Shooter Nasim Aghdam's Social Media Accounts
Imposing self-portraits, vegan music videos, workouts and parodies, the YouTube account and personal website of disgruntled shooter Nasim Aghdam is bizarre, to say the least. © nasimesabz Nasim Aghdam opened fire at YouTube's headquarters in California, injuring three people before shooting herself dead. Reportedly, she was unhappy with YouTube's new policy that drastically reduced the monetary compensation from ad revenues. A website associated with Nasim Aghdam gives insight into the mind of the youtube shooter. © nasimesabz “BE AWARE! Dictatorship exists in all countries but with different tactics! They only care for personal short-term profits & do anything to reach their goals even by fooling simple-minded people, hiding the truth, manipulating science & everything, putting public mental & physical health at risk, abusing non-human animals, polluting environment, destroying family values, promoting materialism & sexual degeneration in the name of freedom & turning people into programmed robots!,” she wrote on the website nasimesabz.com. "Make the lie big, Make it simple, Keep saying it, And eventually they will believe it," she wrote quoting Adolf Hitler. “There is no free speech in real world & you will be suppressed for telling the truth that is not supported by the system. Videos of targeted users are filtered & merely relegated, so that people can hardly see their videos,” she wrote further. © nasimesabz “There is no equal growth opportunity on YOUTUBE or any other video sharing site, your channel will grow if they want to,” Nasim wrote in resignation. And that's not all. Among other things, Nasim was an animal rights activist and had been quoted by the San Diego Union-Tribune about a protest by PETA against the use of pigs in the army. "For me, animal rights equal human rights," Aghdam told the Union-Tribune at the time. On her website too, Nasim had posted videos of Chinese fur farms and pet dogs being boiled alive. © nasimesabz Although YouTube's policy was uniformly rolled out for content creators around the world, Nasim was paranoid that she was being specifically targeted by because she was vegan. She even shared a video titled 'I'm being censored. Youtube's war against vegans'. Another poster on the website show a nail in her car wheel with this caption: “My car attacked by anti-vegan criminals trying to harm/kill me because of animal rights awakening stickers on my car.” © nasimesabz Amongst these jarring images of animal cruelty and music video parodies, Nasim posted photoshopped pictures of herself with lions, hens, and rabbits. © nasimesabz Although the true state of her mind can never be known, the website sure does show an incredibly frustrated soul struggling with paranoia and living in fear.
